During our tours, we often capture photos and videos to document the experience and celebrate the beauty of the Thar Desert.
By participating in our tours, guests generally grant permission for James Tours & Travels to use these photos and videos for:

We respect every guest's comfort and privacy. If you do not wish for your photos or videos to be shared publicly, simply inform us at any time, before, during, or after the tour, and we will ensure your media is excluded from publication.

Your Information
We never sell or misuse guest information.
When you book, we ask for your name, email, phone number, preferred date and number of guests so we can organise your tour. Online card and UPI payments are handled by our payment partners (Razorpay and PayPal), so your card details are never stored on this website.
GDPR and Your Rights
If you are travelling from the European Union or United Kingdom, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw media consent at any time.
